Ok, thank you for your reply. I'll wait and see if any rust feathers grow in.I would say wait a little bit longer. I had some hens who were light like that but I also had some rust feathers grow in kinda late ^^
Yes, the bird did get pink feathers near the vent area, so it is a maleI have a silver button quail and wanted to see what you think this one is? It is about 4 weeks old and has no pink or red vent feathers. But growing some white feathers, I don't think it's a bib. What do you think?View attachment 1882423
