*sigh*
So I put this subject on the Incubating and Hatching Eggs forum and bumped it for two days, but no one replied.

Anywhoo, I've had 15 button eggs in my bator for 19 days now. Temperature and humidity were okay. I did have a temp spike during the night, where it went up to 105ish, but I was told it shouldn't have killed all of them. Otherwise, everything went rather well. I put them pointy side up for a day, put them in my home made bator, which I could somewhat adjust the temp by putting on the styrofoam top with a humidity of 54ish before lockdown, turning 3x a day, etc. Apart from the spike, I don't see how anything else could have been wrong.

Today's the second day after the supposed hatch date, and I still haven't seen any movement at all. I know it's not uncommon for them to be late, but I still don't like it. It makes me anxious, worried, and somewhat insane.

I've been really looking forward to this hatch.

Don't worry about the temp spike! My temp was anything but stable for a while it would go up to 107 and down to 97!! So what is the humidity on lock down right now?

Okay well it seems like you did everything right to me! Only thing left to do is wait, from what I hear shipped eggs and still air incubator can delay hatching.

Indeed! And they were pretty late, too.
After hearing all this stuff about peoples eggs hatching late I think I'll water candle my eggs on day 24 and if there is nothing throw them out or preform an eggtopsy to see what went wrong though I probably don't have the heart or stomach to do that!

Yeah, I'd like to know what went wrong if it doesn't work out, but I don't know how much an eggtopsy could tell me...
