Oh, yeah the incubator I have temp will spike randomly for no reason it seems. I hope nothing happens to the eggs because of it.

Hmm. How much does it spike?

Highest I've seen it gone was 110, not with the eggs in it though! The highest it has gone with the eggs in it was 107.

it looked like a digital thermostat i'm not sure what you have...if its got a blade type i bet its sticking.
