Button quail late hatch

No, i was talking about the device that controls the temperature in the incubator.

but bear in mind a cheap calibrated thermometer is more accurate than many of the digital ones.
I use the digital ones but a good old fashioned glass thermometer is the "master" in all my incubators.

OHH pfft sorry I'm new to all this incubating stuff! And I use to have a glass thermometer but it broke. :/

My humidity is still up there, but I've poured out some of the water, so hopefully it'll go down soon

I also think another thermometer would be nice, but I'm not sure if it would fit :p

Guys, I fear 20% protein may not be enough... I was planning to supplement it with hard boiled eggs, but would that be alright?

I can't go to tractor supply often because it's 25 minutes away, and that's still the only place nearby that sells this kind of stuff. I wanted gamebird starter or something with more protein, but they were out... So I got a 25 pound bag of starter/grower that's 20%

You may be able to pick up some soy protein locally to boost what you have. look at the tags and compare to a tag from startena for example
see if you need any other supplement.

you can download a tag for startena. at purina.com

Thanks

If your town is like mine though and really only has a walmart that does not sell chick feed then you can buy it from here that is where I got mine. There's a highway feed in the next town over for me but they do not sell game bird starter. :/
