My female just laid an egg for the first time in a while and I was watching her and noticed her lurching to move about. So I picked her up and she kept holding her right leg up. I noticed her toes on both feet were a little red (idk why I have her on pine bedding should I move to something softer like carefresh?) but it seems like it’s the whole leg not the foot but I can’t see anything wrong. Maybe something went wrong while laying the egg? She’s still eating and drinking but I’m worried. Any ideas? Should I try to get a vet as soon as possible?
