My buttons are in a colony cage & works great! I have about 18 or so. The cage is one of those guinea pig cages with the plastic bottoms. I use wood chips in the bottom. They have done really well & happy this way.
Also, I have some Buttons I'd be willing to part with also. They are the offspring of my breeders & have all hit maturity. I have way to many & not enough cages. They are crammed together, not fair to them. I'm in Westport Oregon about 40 mins outside Astoria OR.
Also, buttons are pretty easy I think, just flighty so hard to clean certain cages.
