this morning i noticed my male is sleeping no matter what noise was made. i picked hi up and he fell instantly a sleep in my hands. he's not tamed and normally would struggle endlessly. he won't open his eyes and every once in a while makes a pop noise with his mouth while sticking his tongue high in the air. he hasn't eaten or drank anything today. i don't know what to do please help!

I don't know, but I don't want you to go to the second page, so bump! And

Hopefully you'll get some replies.

Could you tell us a little more? how old is he, what are his living conditions, food... etc.?

Increase his humidity and put him somewhere warm.... on a heating pad or under a light. Please careful. These guys are tiny and a lot of heat goes a long way. If he is not getting hydration you don't want to dry him out.

Does he have any areas that look backed up.... food stuck in throat or not being able to "relieve" himself...

he did have areas that were backed up but he passed shortly after i posted... his food was a high end game bird food mixed with finch food for more nutrition, he was kept with three other girls and all of them are still fine, now mixed in with my other four girls and all are wonderful.... im not sure what happened but i do expect they may have been inbred... would that effect his well being? he was only 8 months
