Did this project continue wit hthe Buff Sussex?

Heya!

I decided to continue with a different bird of South American genes rather than an English bird. The result is a flock of about 6 so far, and they are gorgeous. I'll get pics up soon. It took forever to get a male to put over Cindy that was colored correctly, but now we're there. I'm breeding back toward the blue eggs and pea comb, as well, as we're no longer consistent. Perhaps I'll start a thread just for those!

Hi can you tell me what kind of food/grain in that can in the pic at the bottom. Looks like a mix. Recipe? looks yummy even to me, LOL.

Thayer Feed, the organic, non-gmo grain company I get my feed from, will be selling 5# bags of organic chick starter this year! I'll let you know when I have more info.
