Buying a chicken

I'm very interested in butchering my own chicken. I'd love to experience the whole process of consuming a chicken rather than just buying parts in the grocery store. Unfortunately I can't raise a chicken from a chick where I live. I was wondering where I can get a live chicken ready to butcher in the SF Bay Area.
