I was very surprised too when I took it out of the nest box. It was my largest at 182 grams. An average large egg weighs around 60 grams. This was the second egg like this I have gotten. It was an egg inside and egg and both had one yolk. In the past I got one similar at 135 grams and it was a double yolk egg with another double yolk egg inside.is that a actual egg? Pretty typical, colors and printing is gonna cost more.In general, I find the cartons a bit pricy, but it is a gift - and getting something you would not buy yourself (like pricey egg cartons) makes it all the more special. Also, my TSC sells general pressed paper ones, but they are $0.50 a piece, which seems high, overall for a basic paper carton. I have seen paper, clear plastic, and styrofoam ones. A fun color sounds, well, fun. But, the surprise would be adding their Chicken and egg nickname to the cartons!
