Buying hatching eggs in winter

It's been a month, so how do the chicks look now? Do they appear to be male/female/both?

both are males. One is just not growing at all and has feet issues. He still has most of his baby fluff and is no bigger than a 2 week old chick. The other one is HUGE. I feel bad for the one that is failure to thrive, I think the best thing to do is put him down I've tried all kinds of vitamins in the water, splinting his legs and toes, but nothing has helped. He gets around and eats and drinks, but I don't see him having a good life the way he is now.

I've had a chick like that before. He eventually got to where he couldn't walk and a hawk got him.
