Great Link @Justso I just did zip code search and found 2 breeders in immediate area. I have a Buckeye breeder in my area and that's a breed I would like to use in meat bird crosses. thanks

i have 9 in the bator from meyer right now and hatched 4 of 6 from meyer halloween. i think meyer has stopped shipping until spring though. purely poultry is still shipping eggs right now i believe. I received 70% fertile quail eggs as promised but only 10/24 hatched and 8/10 survived....but that is quail. And what about Myer Hatchery

Hey Justin, I have bought hatching eggs 3 or 4 times in the past and everytime 0 or only 1 egg would hatch from various people online. I personally think hatching eggs through mail is bad idea especially in extreme heat, cold, or busy mail season. If you want some good hatching eggs and you dont care about the breed, I have some I can get from a friends house and bring you at christmas. I live in Jackson but I'll be in memphis for christmas and a few days after. If you take me up on the offer just let me know and I'll message my friend and tell him to start saving you some eggs. -SpencerHave any one ever order hatching eggs from mypetchicken.com I want to order some but want see if anyone had any experience with them

Yes amen. It’s a Christmas miracleDon't you just love it when things work out?
i have always ordered assortment and received clean, labeled eggs in good condition. the 6 were my very first attempt at hatching so i’m sure the loss of the 2 could have been partially my fault. i successfully hatched a welsummer, buff orpington, black australorp, and a speckled sussex all of which are healthy and happy in the outside coop now! the 9 incubating now are on day 10 and only 1 rir looked to not be developing at day 7 candling. will update on that hatch around Christmas. (they are EE,BA,RIR,BR,andBO.)I
I want know more about u hatch rate with Myer hatchery
