You could make your own for a lot less. Just need a heated water bucket and a couple of these:

For those with only a few chickens, a heated dogbowl ($10-20 depending where you get it) is fine.

I will see how it goes for winter water. I may just go with the heated dog bowl as I only have the 3 birds this winter. No need to heat 3 gallons of water for only the 3 of them.
