Terrie, Can You Please Confirm Us Getting The Banner For Our Swap This Coming Saturday At Tsc In Augusta Ga?!??? I Requested It Like 2 Months Ago To Be Sure We Got It. But Havent Heard Anything!

Well! Our chickenstock has come and gone with no banner...even though it was requested 2-3 months in advance. Stuff happens...we had a great time without it! Hopefully we will have better luck in the spring

A BYC Banner! Awesome! I filled out the reservation form. I hope we are able to get the banner for the North Eastern Oklahoma Chicken Stock scheduled for June 16, 2012, at the Muskogee Fair Grounds. We are still in the planning stages, but the date and location are set, so it's time to work on the details..... like reserving a super cool chicken banner! Mods and Admins, this is a wonderful way to introduce people to BYC.

Rent the BYC Banner for your event!

Please do not purchase until you know that no one else is reserving that time. Allow 3-4 days for transit before and after your event. Banner rental is first come first served.

Rental is $5 with a $50 deposit.

Once the banner makes it to the next destination on time, confirmed via delivery confirmation, your deposit will be refunded. Priority postage to the next destination is the responsibility of the renter.​

This was an unfortunate necessity to make sure the banners were taken better care of and there was more accountability and people who reserved them could actually count on getting them.

Unfortunately the honor system wasn't working well, because the sometimes the banners were going wherever instead of where they were supposed to.
