I want to lose weight though so I’ve got to.
Plus it’s getting to be a bit of a spendy habit

very good point!! but technically 5lbs or muscle weighs same as 5lbs of fat, it just takes up less space (semanticsIf you are actually exercising well, don't base your improvement on weight loss. Muscle weighs more than fat weighs. I base my gains or losses on how my clothes fit. If I have to put suspenders on to keep my pants from falling down, I know that I am losing inches around the belly.
Yet another excellent idea!! You are just full of those tonight!! Haha thank you!!very good point!! but technically 5lbs or muscle weighs same as 5lbs of fat, it just takes up less space (semantics) but as part of the new routine, @KDOGG331 you should take photos and measurements 1-2x per month to show true transformation. it’s way more accurate than the number on the scale
Okay, technically, muscle is more dense than fat is. Weighing the same mass as measured in cubic inches, the same cubic inches of muscle will weigh more than the same cubic inches of fat.very good point!! but technically 5lbs or muscle weighs same as 5lbs of fat, it just takes up less space (semantics) but as part of the new routine, @KDOGG331 you should take photos and measurements 1-2x per month to show true transformation. it’s way more accurate than the number on the scale
Have you given your info to someone so they can invite you to our group challenges?
Ah, density, please explain this to people that think one teaspoon of flour weighs the same as one teaspoon of water.Okay, technically, muscle is more dense than fat is. This is why truly good recipes use weights for measurements rather than other types of measurements. It is also why 5 lbs. of feathers takes up a much bigger area than 5 lbs. of water.Ah, density, please explain this to people that think one teaspoon of flour weighs the same as one teaspoon of water.![]()
