Yep, all set up. Had to call them because it wouldn't work, swipe, wouldn't sync to my phone. Finally got it.

What made it work?
I can't get this older Fitbit to sync for poop.

I had to replace my Charge 2 because after not using it a while, it wouldn’t sync. I contacted customer support, and they said they don’t support Charge 2 anymore, I must get a new one. Guess what you can still buy from Fitbit? Charge 2.

Fitbit.com is not selling the Charge 2.
I'm looking at their website now.

Can you attach it to your computer by the charger? For mine, when it won't sync, I plug it into the laptop, make sure it's properly in the charger and depress the button until it shows a code of (I think) numbers. I don't have to use or remember the numbers. It then restarts and usually this fixes the problem. It's like restarting your computer or phone. Doing this uses a lot of juice, so you'll want to charge it after. Hope that helps you get it working.

I have a Charge 2. I guess I'm doomed to upgrade fairly soon, then. This one's probably in its third year. For me, they haven't lasted that long in the past, so I'll just hope it hangs on a while yet.
