i’m still not sure exactly what i did to mess up my back but after causing another flare up this morning (with a sneeze ) Mr muddy dressed me in his back brace!!!

I didn't read the rules for this new challenge.

I think I have screwed something up with the time and date of it. I started a new one that supposed to last for 5 hours and it looks like it's for only 5 minutes or something
