My Fitbit died again last night so I didn’t bring it with me so all my steps aren’t counting but oh well. I know I’m moving.

Your phone should have the ability to count steps as well. I find mine is not as accurate as the fitbit, but pretty close. At least when I remember to have it on me

Yeah, it does but I like the exact number and miles and everything also it’s usually a few thousand behind or at least two haha

I reached my 10k today

wanted to try for 13k to outdo last Monday’s steps but the kiddos wanted me in bed.

I'm 3 steps from reaching 10,000 steps. I'm at 9,997

My lower back is killing me today. I thought walking would help, but it didn't really. I blame the epidural

Yikes, last Tuesday I did 11,796 steps. And most likely I'll only be at 10k-ish by bedtime.

I'm not beating any records here!

With my twins, they're my only kids. So back in 2016. It's not a forever pain or a frequent pain thankfully, but it's in the same spot the epidural is administered. They administered it twice to me too.

My BFF also tells me the same thing about her lower back hurting when it gets really cold because of the epidural, at least that's where she believes the pain originated from and she had her only daughter back in 2012.

I will ask my friends though.
I injured mine being a stupid teenager but have had other bad pains that just didnt seem to fit with that injury.

MUCH better than me Im desperately trying to finishing knitting a blanket but the cats wont let me. So, Im nit up and walking at all

I got to 5k steps before 2pm today
Maybe I’ll be able to get well past 10k today!!
