I think PF is like $10/month for the cheaper one which most people get so not overly crazy but if you don’t use it, it is! :lau but even then, the equipment alone would cost hundreds to thousands to buy yourself so could be worth it if you go.

Like for example, I would never use weights so buying them myself wouldn’t do any good, but I love treadmills and bikes and stuff. We actually have a bunch of weights and workout stuff my mom has randomly collected from various places 😂 but no one uses them.

Most of the gyms around here are also super expensive for nothing compared to PF hahah but I don’t like working out in front of other people so I would never join 😂🤣 some of my friends have actually gotten the slightly more expensive one that lets you go to any club to use on tour so they can shower and stuff 😂🤣

What?!?! You don’t use dumbbells?? Grab one for each hand and go walking with them! I don’t do that tho 😂
I do use em to workout.

I guess $10 a month isn’t bad but how you said, still a waste of money it you don’t use it.

Love it @Kiki ! I plan on framing mine too. And I loved going to the gym. I went five times a week for years. Then I had a kid, life happened and I got bigger than I wanted. But I couldn't justify a gym membership now. I am a member of Beach Body on Demand. I can stream over 1200 workouts anytime I want, on any device. Got two of my sisters in to it also! This will be the year of change, for the better!
Mine was a framed gift from my mom last year...for Christmas.

Ours are pretty heavy ones I think but idk. Might have to start using them 😂🤣 I don’t like weights though. I like like dancing and stuff and hiking, idk. Might be worth it though. We have these things called Perfect Push-ups too I think that spin hahah

And yeah, true! It all depends if you’ll use it I guess but even then, my dad’s cigarettes for example cost way more aha or like my friends that get burnt water (Dunkin) 😂 I think they have another one that’s like $23 that lets you use any club anywhere and has a ton of discounts on things. But both have like a $39 or $40 a year fee too I discovered? Which why are you paying a “membership fee” if you’re also paying per month!? :barnie

Still cheaper than our one down the street that is a major rip off!! LOL course they also have a pool and tennis and stuff but still crazy.

You don't have to spend thousands or even hundreds of dollars on dumbells. They have adjustable ones that go from 3 to 24 pounds or higher. These ones are good. I have the older version, love them. These ones are $169.99 online. Its worth it to get stronger

Oh yeah no I know the dumbbells and weights and stuff are far cheaper so I wasn’t referring to those. I was meaning equipment as in like the treadmills and bikes and those sort of things which is what I would use anyway. Those are expensive for the good/digital ones like the kind a gym would have. Not that one needs that kind but just comparing hahah getting stronger is definitely a good thing though I suppose but weights just never really interested me. :idunno🙈 and besides, having poultry is my own gym 😉😂🤣

Yup. $10/mo PLUS $39/year fee. No idea why. Dont forget the taxes 🤣🤣
I dont have room for any machines. We do have a rowing machine that I like, but no room to use it regularly.

We had some similar ones, but they made such a loud clanking noise 🤣🤣

Yeah I don’t really get why they have a yearly fee on top of paying monthly 😂🤣:th probably so they can advertise their low low price of only $10/mo 😉🤦‍♀️🤣

I think if you will use it though it would be great especially if you don’t have room for machines! But if you hate the gym anyway then maybe not great 😂🤣

I’ve actually read though that HIIT is better anyways because I guess a ton of cardio stresses your body out and releases cortisol and also bad for joints lol and supposedly counteracts weight loss which I definitely need 😂

HIIT is a great option for anyone looking to lose weight! Its cardio with full body training too, so you use your body weight as resistance. I do a HIIT/ lifting program called LIIFT4. The 4 is because its four days a week. But you don't even need to do an actual program. There are loads of free apps you can download from google play. Or even do just the basics. Jumping jacks, squats, sumo squats, burpees, lunges, high knee jog, anything that gets you moving and gets your heart rate up

Yeah it sounds really great! The thing I was watching says it’s better for losing weight cause apparently when you get your heart rate high enough you go into EPOC or some such thing and burn calories all day as opposed to just during the work out ??? Idk. I really liked that idea though lol apparently stress can actually cause your body to store fat which I didn’t realize  I’m like constantly stressed so I’m screwed 😂🤣🙈
