C'mon Carp! You are tired because you don't move enough. Physical activity is a big deal in fighting depression. Inactivity begets tiredness. Stand up and fight this thing. You can absolutely do this! Just force yourself. Get out there and walk for at least ten minutes--five minutes out and five back. You can do that--easy peasy. Do it first thing, then fix yourself breakfast. Tell yourself you aren't allowed to eat until you have that eensey teensie walk.I am too tired to do the challenge![]()
