I am too tired to do the challenge 😓
C'mon Carp! You are tired because you don't move enough. Physical activity is a big deal in fighting depression. Inactivity begets tiredness. Stand up and fight this thing. You can absolutely do this! Just force yourself. Get out there and walk for at least ten minutes--five minutes out and five back. You can do that--easy peasy. Do it first thing, then fix yourself breakfast. Tell yourself you aren't allowed to eat until you have that eensey teensie walk.

I've been getting out and walking in the early morning, before it gets light, but I forget to use the Fitbit :oops:
 
It's true! I think it disrupts my sleep.

DH was having skin troubles from the silicone ones because they don't let you get air to your skin, but he wears his all the time now--his is black. These are for Charge2 (I think that's the right name), but you can get after-market bands for all the different models on Amazon. It was less than $10.
