I wanted to make sure that I tried everything before I returned the damn thing. It's being returned now.
But apparently they can confirm that my battery is retarded.
New one on its way.

I had that problem with one when I replaced my original charge 2 with the smaller more girly one. Instead of replacing with same one, I upgraded to a new charge 2 (the one I’m still wearing)

I've had Fitbits for years.
I think this is my third effed up Fitbit.
Might actually be the fourth, I can't remember but I know I have had to return at least three including this one.

It's okay though because the replacements usually end up working just fine.

I got my first Fitbit (charge 2) In January 2017. It still works but I replaced it with the alta for Christmas 2018???? The alta was the one with bad battery and no stairs so when I returned it I got a charge 2. So the sense is technically my 3rd in 4 years. Both my charge 2 still work but have identical crack in the right side of the screen
I just know they are getting to a point where they could die or no longer be supported because so old and i would hate for it to die and have to wait on a new one then.

I got my first Fitbit December 2015 and started using it in January 16th.
I do not even remember what my first one was called.
I don't even remember what the one was called before the one I'm wearing right now was.
I'm borrowing the mini's charge 3 until my new one gets here.

I won my Fitbit Inspire HR in a gift basket raffle a few years ago. I had a Garmin before but like the Fitbit much better. Hubby got me the new Charge5 for Christmas, hope I like it!

Have you plugged your charge five in yet?
Please do and try it now if you have it because I thought for sure mine was not going to have problems and here a week or two weeks later I realized it really did.

If your battery drains fast return it for a replacement immediately. Don't wait as long as I did because it will not get better no matter what you try.

Yes x2 have get it charged up and even if you wrap it up, it should still be charged Christmas morning as it has a 7+ day battery life! My charge 2 still only has to be charged 1x per week im really hoping I’m as happy with the sense!
