Felt pretty good about what I ate today.

I think today was pretty good! I had another smoothie for breakfast, berry and spinach. (and made extra to freeze for other days) I didn’t have lunch, though. My last half of the day, food-wise, wasn’t as great because my sister made dinner (pancakes) so I ate one of them, but had one instead of the usual 3 or so I’d normally eat. I also added an apple and almond butter. And then Star, while I was at riding lessons, picked up a hot chocolate and cookie for me... so sweet... I ate them. (I kind of didn’t want to, but also didn’t want to hurt her feelings, and since I haven’t had dessert for a while...)

I got 11,000 steps but I’m pretty sure I’ll at least hit 12,000. Did some sports this morning then had horseback riding this afternoon. I also went on a walk this evening.
