this is a copy of my workout coaching email for today.....some good pointers to look at when checking your fitness level and core strength.....I did ok on the plank and can do the “stand-up” test pretty well for my age, but still need some additional work on the balance challenge!
I think my fitness level and core strength are at a solid one.

Carp do you understand that what you eat and how much you move each day AND how much screen time each day all make a huge difference in how you feel?
Those three things are game changers, for real.
Yeah, I've been trying to get outside more, and I've also been drinking the nutrition shakes. I'm still only 129 pounds, unfortunately. I'd also feel a lot better if I felt like I were accomplishing things, like making progress academically, so I did sign up for an evening class for the math, but unfortunately I think it may be cancelled because of the virus. :(

I do think that I would be unhappier without use of my computer, though, as it allows me to easily access information about topics that interest me, like biology and psychology, and if my ability to access that information were inhibited, it would cause my mental state to undergo further detrition. Additionally, the few individuals I know who happen to be both near my age and personally relatable, I only know through online means.

I've never done the food tracking before :oops:

I likely don't take in enough calories, probably sometimes less than 1,000 in a day.
I'm sure you don't eat enough.
I think if you tracked it for just two days it might help push you to eat more.
