Oddly, I wasn’t even trying to catch up or get in extra with the pacing, I just couldn’t chill for some reasonDon't worry about catching up.
The whole point is just to move more than you normally move.
For the next two days don't do extra... Just do your normal routine of not trying to get steps in.
You need to know what your average regular count is.
