They've pretty stopped much all my kids sports too until further notice. I feel so bad for my kids. They're living in a world of madness and it makes me want to cry.

I'm sad for those who have passed away and their families, for all the kids losing their lives for weeks while everything is cancelled, for the Drs busting their butts and getting no breaks, for those living in fear... I could go on... I'm just really sad today and my heart is heavy

I do feel bad for those that have died from coronavirus but it’s basically the “common cold” and the national reaction to it is way more harmful than the virus itself!!!! There have been only 12 confirmed cases in our state as of this morning. When 50k ppl die from flu every year and that’s from 9-45million diagnosed cases! A meme I saw today said it correctly....coronavirus Has the potential to bankrupt way more ppl than it kills.

i did my usual weekly routine of finalizing my grocery list yesterday morning so it could be picked up while running errands yesterday......well due to this ridiculous panic, they won’t be ready for pickup until tomorrow!!

Maybe....just posted in other thread....on our way now to meat market can’t get any chicken or pork til next week! We are getting fat/trimmings to finish processing deer and do some backyard grocery shopping

We've got , , , , but no . DH says no . I like but not pig factories, so none in the freezer either. Our stores here aren't that bad, anyway. Most country people keep stocked shelves as a matter of course, so while there was a rush on TP, masks, sanitizer, most everything else was there when we stopped a couple days ago. I haven't been to town since, so maybe that's changed.

The only thing I’m worried about is I’m sincerely almost out of toilet paper. The neighbor/cousin just called, and said they went crazy buying tp. She also got nosy about my foot until I told her what happened. I was mocked, and told that everyone should make fun of me. I love Duckling, but keeping the in-laws happy is going to kill me.

One guy I heard about went out and bought a bidet seat for his toilet. you probably couldn't hook up the warm water port, but with an extra fitting you could do the cold.

I saw someone's pic where they hooked up a kitchen sink sprayer--funnier and messier, but definitely cheaper.

If you have wet wipes and an extra wastebasket, there's that. If you're really desperate, diy stores here sell bales of white t-shirt fabric as paint rags. Some call this accommodation a "personal cloth."
