I went to bed I think like just after 10, maybe 10:30??
And initially woke up at like 8:30 or 9 but I was EXHAUSTED and sore and felt like I didn’t sleep at all so I fell back asleep until 11:30.
Didn’t mean to sleep that long but
And now I have a headache. Possibly allergies but idk. I gotta go get some regular allergy meds cause yesterday I took the decongestant one and that was a mistake.
I really want to take Excedrin but I threw that out and I’m trying not to buy more/get off all OTC stuff so I guess I just gotta deal
I know it’s gonna get worse too but I can’t keep taking Excedrin so![]()

Thank you!!! I’ll have to try this!! I’ve been using Claritin Redi Tabs but we ran out and I didn’t think they really did much anyway. We had Claritin D on hand so I took it but I really don’t like it. Makes my hands all tingly and I think it was responsible for my weird mood.We all react to medicines differently. As far as allergies are concerned, start with Afrin. Nasal sprays give the fastest relief, and if I’m dying, Afrin has always given me the best results. Otherwise, Flonase for a nasal spray. For pills, Allegra is the best, and Zyrtec is only slightly below that. Watch the generics, they aren’t all the same.
Good to know!! Thanks! Probably slept too much hahaThat’s usually how it works. Too much sleep actually makes you more tired. So we shouldn’t get too little or too much sleep. We have the perfect window of 7 to 9 hrs.
Yeah, it is! And it’s crazy hahaIn my younger years I was on an OTC drug for 6 months. It was really bad. Until I told myself I gotta stop. And it was difficult because it was kinda like an addiction, but hadn’t gotten too bad yet.
But you can do it! It’s not easy at first but eventually you’ll get there and you’ll be happy you did.
Claritin doesn’t do anything for me. Members Mark cetirizine is supposed to be Zyrtec, but acts like Claritin.Thank you!!! I’ll have to try this!! Sounds like withdraw.Yeah, it is! And it’s crazy haha
And thank you.
I want to stop taking it but then at the same time, when I’m like miserable today, my eyes all puffy and irritated, and slightly nauseous, and headache, like it’s actually a full one today, then I’m like “well maybe just this once for today since it’s bad then I’ll quit after that” but I know that’s probably not a good idea. But I also hate being miserable
Maybe I’ll try showering and/or a walk or something though. Maybe that would help.
