I was cleaning the art studio this morning and saw my treadmill and mini trampoline. I jumped for a few minutes on the trampoline inspite of my fear of the trampoline. So I am warming up my engine, and I also have been drinking a glass of celery juice each morning and purchased the books "life changing foods, and the celery juicing one. Are ya'll using fit pal app to check in with your steps? I tried that last year and it seemed to eat my phone battery terribly. Suggestions?
You can jump without peeing on yourself?

I tried to get on the kids trampoline in the backyard and I killed myself laughing when I almost peed my pants.

My head still hurts so I’m gonna try showering and see if that helps cause it really kinda feels like a tension one now. I’m sure walking would help too but I don’t feel like walking atm :lau :hide plus I think a shower will help more. I think I’ve also been way too fixated on it and thinking about it constantly which is probably why it evolved to a tension/stress one :lau :hide well that and the little splayed quailie I have.

Are you fixing to start your period?

Thank you!!! I’ll have to try this!! I’ve been using Claritin Redi Tabs but we ran out and I didn’t think they really did much anyway. We had Claritin D on hand so I took it but I really don’t like it. Makes my hands all tingly and I think it was responsible for my weird mood.

I have found Alavert works the best for my allergies - it is a quick dissolve that you take once a day. Just throwing that out there as another option. :)
