Oh gosh!! I thought it was for the whole pint

You know what- Good news it says 210 calories and it is 2 and a half servings- I have no where at all eaten a whole serving- so I am still good. I will stop at one serving.

Also I would never stick to healthy eating if I knew so could never ever eat anything tasty ever again ever
