Yeah I’m definitely a bit overweight hahah plus even around the house I hunch over. I’m just constantly hunched lol and I need to work on that!I walked straight for the longest then as I gained weight it was harder.
I’ve started tracking my calories. I haven’t been doing well on eating but tracking is the first step. And I have at least been eating less than what I’ve been burning daily.
