You can do it!!! :love Not sure I can though. Hip's bothering me again.:rant Getting old sux.:idunnoGot to go clean out the chicken coop, though, now that I've chased out the geese. One of my broodies in there hatched her eggs, so I hope I can manage it without scaring her away.:fl

I’ve been trying to eat better too but I’m already getting bored with it :lau 🙈

I’m still doing it though but yesterday and I ate some bad stuff too with the good stuff

One thing that I found that helped me get through the "boring" meals - try 1 new recipe a week. That always gave me something to look forward to and if I liked it, it gave me new recipes to add to my list of things to eat. :)

Ouch! my knees are killing me here lately. I really need to start taking my collagen supplement again. I can't have it by itself though as it tastes nasty - have to mix it into a shake with the blender....and I have been running short on time to make a shake and get the blender washed before I have to go get to work lately.

Thank you! I hope so! I was moving tons and then the last couple weeks I stopped. :hide so I’m getting the soreness getting back into it but I think it’s worth it. It’s funny though because the walking is almost easier than the eating for me. I like it. It’s fun. But the eating it’s like I feel like I’m missing out or something. :hide

At first it was fun though, like I got a veggie tray plus bought some others, and it was great, and I still like those veggies, but now it’s like I want something different. :lau I had ice cream yesterday. :hide but I also burned over 3,000 calories so I figured it balanced a little bit. Today I won’t eat any. I actually bought some oat milk yesterday cause it was on sale and I’ve been meaning to try it so I may have a smoothie today. Maybe that will break up the tedium a bit haha

You are doing great though! Every step is a step closer to that goal whether you make it all the way there or not. :)
That’s true! I never thought of it like that before! I like that cause I always get annoyed if I’m close but don’t reach it. Yesterday I was so close to 10K so I went out to get it but then I was like well now I’m so close to this one and now this and ended up doing like a mile and a half at 10:30 :lau :th

It's HOT here today. 😰 Weather app says it is only 87 degrees right now (10:00 am here).....but it definitely feels like 95 or so! I was sweating just standing in the chicken pen refilling the ducks swimming pools. It is supposed to get over 100 here today and a couple more times this week. I swear that we went straight from winter to summer.....no spring to adjust to the heat.

This is an excellent idea! Thank you! I don’t really cook very much so maybe that’s part of the problem. It’s been so hot lately too which doesn’t help. I’ve been eating leftover chicken and veggie tray veggies the last few days and it’s getting super old eating the same exact meal every day :lau :th

I know... it's a pain. I have some of that, too. I'd forgotten. Do you think it helps you? My right hip socket was deteriorating 15 years ago according to an x-ray, so... prolly wouldn't help me with that, regardless. I was lugging a 330 ft roll of 47" high field fence down the row (not carrying--more like skootching), but since then my hip's been really touchy. Hopefully it will go away soon.
