One of my faves: Flatout Pizzas. I buy the Flatout pizza crusts and follow the instructions on the back of the package. I love mushrooms, so usually just make a mushroom pizza - only a couple tablespoons of sauce, tons of mushrooms, and a little bit of cheese. You can do any ingredients though - just keep portion size of meat and cheese in check.

Some others I like:
Portabello pizzas: https://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/1991990/
Chicken Pineapple stir fry (very filling): https://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/2156638/
Tuna Artichoke melts: https://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/5915243/
Fish taco: https://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/4576019/
Philly Cheesesteaks (I double the veggies and eat it with rice): https://www.plantoeat.com/recipes/1991947/
Thank you!!! This is extremely helpful!! That chicken pineapple stir fry especially sounds delicious! Haha

You can also do things like spaghetti sauce with either zoodles or spaghetti squash (you can buy both in the frozen veggies section. I prefer the spaghetti squash).
That sounds good too! Thanks! I thought about getting a spiralizer but never did

I love my spiralizer, but when you're super busy or just feeling lazy, the prepared frozen veggie "noodles" are very helpful to have. Plus you find out how much you're likely to eat them and if it's "all-the-time," then maybe get one.

Otherwise, if you just run out and buy one ('cause maybe you're addicted to retail), you end up with another gadget you don't use. Not only that, but you also have no zoodles because you feel like you should be making them yourself--only you never do it.

All very good points!! You are very right and that’s exactly why I haven’t gotten one yet. Because I always buy stuff and then never end up using it. My mom is the same way. I still have my Instapot sitting in the garage unopened. :hide so I didn’t want to get one and then not using it. Right now I’m just having a lunch meat sandwich because I’m starving and didn’t feel like having or making eggs or a smoothie :hide plus the smoothie would be mostly fruit and I figured that’d be better for breakfast tomorrow haha but I did at least decide to steam some greens to have with it. Even though it’s in the microwave. :hide

I have been running short on time to make a shake and get the blender washed before I have to go get to work lately.
Get a Magic Bullet. You only have the blade to wash, and I think the new ones are all-in-one, and the blades are part of the to-go cup. As in the blade is at the bottom of the cup, and the lid has a pop open straw hole.

Get into pitas. Fill the pockets with sauce, and pizza toppings. Wrap up, and stick it in the freezer. When you’re hungry, microwave it or take the time to bake it. It can be eaten cold (defrosted but cold). Of course anything can go inside. I’m just saying it’s fast, and pitas are healthy.

That sounds delicious!!! Although wouldn’t that be a calzone? At least with the pizza toppings. I have made “sandwiches” with pitas though as well as wraps and both are good and definitely less bread than a sandwich haha might be a bit healthier. 🤔
