I am heading out to load 16 50 pound bags of salt and mineral into the back of our flatbed pickup so that I can go check cows. It is 90+ degrees and windy here today. Not looking forward to it.

Sounds tiring!! I was weight lifting today too though not nearly as many bags and it wasn’t too hot or sunny today thankfully. Just humid/muggy. Which is almost worse but

Lots of loading and unloading and moving stuff around today haha onto cart, pushed through store & to car, into car, out of car to ground, ground into shed, etc. three 50 lb bags plus two big bales of shavings. Plus cleaning gutters so lots of up and down on the ladder.

Humidity does make things worse. We have very dry air here, so just the slightest humidity seems to do me in. Lol!

It’s pretty humid here sadly and today is like 86 and tomorrow is supposed to be 89

You can tell I spent my Monday running in circles bs seeing patients......10586 steps and 28 flights of stairs!!!! And the a/c went out at the office again so most of that was 76-85* temps!!!!

I hit 10,000 steps after so long!! Going to try to keep this streak going.
