Have you climbed it at least 9 times? I think it counts up and down as two times. I know my floors are always ridiculous when I go in and out of my house all day and I only have 3 little steps.

Mine says Ife done iver 30 floors but only climbed actual steps 6 times.

I've climbed the ladder in and out of the attic a few times but not 18.

10 ft?! Mine counts my stairs and they’re only like 4ft, which are 5 steps total. And it seems to count 1 floor by simply going down the stairs and 1 floor going up.

Okay.... soooo....

I’m washing the band now but HOW the heck do I wash this part!? Can I wet it? Just a teeny bit? It’s not near the sensitive parts I don’t think. But it is like DANG. the inside of the little holes on the band were nasty too bad all filled with dust/dander/nastiness! No wonder I was getting a rash.

Even little hills count, going downstairs doesn’t count for me, and upstairs doesn’t count if I don’t go quickly.

Wash the electronic part!? I ended up using a Q Tip and toothpick for the nasty part and then wiping the sensor with a damp cloth. And the band is much cleaner now too and no dirt in the holes
