I wish I had grown up with pets. I think once we had a stray cat stay near our house, but then disappeared after a month or so (with kids a month feels like an eternity).

Then we had a fish that my mom changed its water and it died since she used tap water.

I think it only counted about half of them although it’s still catching up so maybe will catch up!? Or I have big steps?

And aww that’s sad! Most of the fish we had as kids died then I got older and figured out how to take care of them better haha but even then sometimes they still die cause they’re maybe sick or weak or something.
