I’ll find every excuse why I should just sit down and relax. That’s why I need to talk to someone. Music doesn’t keep me walking same with watching videos since I feel like wanting to sit down to enjoy the show or song 😂

But talking to someone I can ignore the fact that I’m walking.
Hmm that’s understandable cause I do the same even if I don’t do much 😂🤣 but I’ve been trying to be better and will force myself to walk just to walk sometimes! It’s important! 😊 and I’m not one to talk cause I still sit a ton, I know, but I’ve been working on it or even just parking far away from stores or doing laps around them or whatever lol

Yes, I’m pushing myself to be better from now until forever. So that’s why I’m forcing myself to hit 10k every day. It’s only 7:25 so I can walk an hour and 20 mins and still get 10k today. Which I may just start in the next 10 mins:fl need to push myself.

That’s good you’re working on it :hugs I need to start working on it too!! Though tbh, since you say you don’t like walking, it might be better to do smaller shorter sessions throughout the day, like 10-20 minutes or even 5, rather than waiting until later and forcing yourself to walk for over an hour :hugs plus then it’s like the pressure’s on. I’ve done that myself. I think it might be better to try to hit the 10K throughout the day or even aim for 5 if needed. :hugs

Okay I’m gonna go walk or maybe dance some since I’m not much better at 3338 😬😬🙈 I thought I was higher than that! I like dancing better so I’ll probably do that actually since I don’t feel like getting dressed and putting a coat and shoes on and everything 😂🤣 or I might go up and down the stairs a bazillion times but our stairs have soooo many steps and it always burns my leg muscles going “uphill” so much 😂🤣😭 but I’ll be back 😂

I might consider walking some around the house, but I whacked my outer two toes on my right foot. Whacked them real good.
They don't like moving, and I don't like walking with them like that.
Also, happy Christmas Eve.
