My recommendation is to return it to Fitbit. That will give you the best chance of getting one that works.

My opinion is that they rushed the release. It is claimed to be a software issue but I suspect that there is more to it.

Well, it looks like this 2nd Fitbit is a winner! Battery is at 95% after being charged to 100% at around 6:00 yesterday eve

Welp, it's down to 70% this morn. Guess it's getting exchanged. Dang it! @muddy75 which one did you just get and do you like it? I still want the Charge 5 but looking into other options too

I got the sense this time…..a slightly bigger, more square screen, all the features of my charge 2 plus extra stuff I haven’t even learned how to use yet overall I it.
