You both asked the same question :)

Maybe Fitbit doesn't offer this feature. I have a Garmin that tells me how much energy I have (not the watch) and it's called "body battery". So rest during the day or sleep at night will charge your body's battery, but stress and physical activity etc drain your battery.

I've had this 2-3 weeks now.

The concern is I'm. Ot recharging well enough or I somehow excessively.drain myself during the day. My friend says she's always at 100% in the morning and never gets drained down this far. I'm not sure which is normal. Until she said that I figured mine was normal.
It might depend on the model you have.
Sorry, I don’t really know that much.

Coffee, anyone?

I'm not familiar with that feature on Garmin

Quick (I know, very short) walk with the dogs. Also did a little bit of exercise this morning (that accounts for the zone minutes, although I’ve been stressed so that might add to it)
