I would like to first remind you all that BYC Chat has all the same rules as this forums. Sometimes the rules may be more strictly enforced. If you need to report a problem in chat just choose any post on the forums or report link above chat to state your problem. Also you can contact the moderators on at that time.

Some things to beware of:
1: No cap locks
2: Spamming
3: Fighting
4: Foul Language or using anything to get past the filter

How old are your hens?
What Breeds?
What "odd looking" things are you seeing?

I keep this bookmarked cause it really does address a lot of "issues" http://www.thepoultrysite.com/ourbooks/1/egg-quality-handbook/
