I just realized that I've been reading posts, off and on, since 10:56 today. It's now 7:47 and I really probably should at least go take a shower.

Goats are in the chicken pen. Chickens are in the workshop, and one lone girl is in a crate here in the house. Three eggs collected for incubating starting Saturday (will add to it tomorrow and friday too).

So ... since i am a chicken addict, I should probably sign off, go cuddle the lone one, libby, who's here in the house, kiss my kid, take a shower, take some nyquil for this monster of an illness I have, and go to bed.

unless anyone wants to talk about what the tiniest chickens are?

actually ee's / americana's are (edited: meant to say AREN'T) the smallest but i'm trying to figure out what is. my eggers are about 5 pounds each, but i've ordered bantam eggers that get to about 2 pounds.

is anything smaller than 2 pounds?
