Maybe a hawk or a bobcat???? I don’t know that much about America I am in Australia

Well it was at night, so no hawk. And there wasn't any large holes where a bobcat could have gotten in. Maybe a weasel or a mink. It also got I think two other chickens and some coyote broke in in ate four chicks earlier.

Could it have been a fox

Too much feathers and leftovers for a fox, I think. Each chicken was decapitated and gutted down the chest.

Yeah, but it was a LOT of mess and feathers.

This is my hen that went over to the neighbors yard and scratched her vehicle. Mom was not happy when she had to pay thousand of dollars to fix it!!!
