That's actually not correct. The name Dachshund means "Badger dog" and it's pronounced "dachs-hund" (the "ch" sound is scratchy and comes from the back of your throat.)

I've always been curious about how a bidet would look in a bathroom, I feel like it would look crowded or out of place, but I've never seen or used one

They sell bidet attachments that go right on your toilet. It doesn't have to be a whole separate unit.

Bidet attachment. Think fancy toilet seat. Washlet brand (#1 brand in Japan). Heated too.

Warm water. Not cold. Warm. If you've ever had intestinal upset, it's much nicer than getting sore from TP, no matter how soft it is.
