I plan to follow Purr and do projects and lurk. DD is going downstairs to watch a movie with her friend and DH is going to hang out on his computer, and we are just going to let the snow bury us outside.

This is the first blanket I completed. I started this one befor I was married and finished it just befor my baby was born. Its really big. Will have to measure it later. All Red Heart brand.

This is my 3rd blanket. I made it for my baby for when he is older. Its full size. All Carron brand. I really hope these pics show up or I will feel funny talking about blankets no one can see. lol

Freezing rain with snow on top. It has been a nasty day. I got a lot of house work done, then I crocheted a dishcloth. Family wanting them for Xmas. Daycare was very slow because school cancellations and I watch a few teachers kids.

algo: that blanket is really neat. I love the colors.

SCOOT!!! I GOT MY SS BOX!!!! (((HUGS))) THANK YOU! I love the blankie & hat! The blankie will be a perfect compliment to my 2 sofas that are slipcovered in denim!! We (kids & I) were soooo excited to receive the box today! DD may claim the hat, she loves the pink butterfly.

I will post pics ASAP.

Karan: Open that box! I'm a super nervous wreck about one item in there! I hope it arrived in one piece!!

Secret Santa Pics!

We demand them!

I don't know how some of you can wait til Christmas.

I updated the secret santa list in my last post about it on the previous page. I won't post the whole list again until we have more received and mailed out.

I will just keep editing.

Yup, LC, I have about 11 inches of snow so far. Not all of it is on the ground any more, though today was working hard at replacing the melted and evaporated stuff. I can send you some and you can giggle at everyone freaking out.

LOL Amy and Skand, It's never boring around here that's for sure. I have thought about putting a key thingy on the wall next to the door but I keep forgetting!!

I feel so sol with out my medicine. I'm able to gather and organize my thoughts when I'm on it. I was skeptical of it as first, but then it started working amazingly well, and it literally changed my life. Now I'm looking at a minimum of 18 months off of it.

So everyone, if I repeat myself a lot and forget to answer certain things please forgive me! I have probably repeated this too

Sorry I vanished after I posted the links to my pics. I had to take my mother home after she returned our truck now that her car is out of the shop. Just now getting home. I edited my post and put a space by the first link so it works now.

Rocket thanks so much for showing my pic in your post for me. I was wondering what that Img thing was for. I will do that next time. After I go back and read your post over and over again till my brain gets it. It's scary how age makes my brain work slower and slower with time.

I wanted to let everyone see my work for 2 reasons, 1 just cuz I am really proud of the fact that I actually finished something and 2 cuz I wanted to let everyone know what I am talking about when I say granny square.
I think there are lots of diff. kinds of granny squares and actually I think I should be saying the name of the pattern those are instead of just squares. Does that make sense?

I know I already posted the pictures of my blankets but just to practice what Rocket told me about how to post pics in here instead of just links I am going to post them again to see if I can get it right. Hope yall don't mind.
