Morning!!! Congrats on the broody Steph! That noise they make nearly drove me ... and my other hens insane!!!! A weird clucking noise...constantly!!! Couldn't give mine eggs so she kept it up for about two weeks...good luck with that!!! Thanks Amy for the recruiting effort with the swap shop in your blog!!! lol!


Welcome a new member please!!! Straight off Gilligan's Island..Ginger Chic...married to Dash Riprock....I have seen all the Gilligan's Island shows at least ten times each, loL!!!! Seems Dash Riprock was one of Elly Mae's boyfriends's though off the Beverly Hillbillies..might have that confused though!! Ginger needs a bit of help learning the granny square...soooo, if ya'll would post a link or two for easy instructions and help her out, I know she'll catch on right away..she is Ginger after all and she outsmarted the professor over and over so what's a little granny square!!! welcome ginger glad to have you aboard, the crazy hooker train, I just know you'll love it here, as we are just one big happy hooking family!

well dh is out hunting so I got a chance to catch up this morning. will try to finish up dateing and other such things. it was cold here last night 25.1 at the coldest. and it is only 34 this morning. burrrrrrr I think I will go make me a hat and scarf to wear aroung the house. Queen you knit right? I have been collecting those free pattern sheets at the hobby stores and so have other people who know I love yarn and they have been sending them to me, but I have alot of knitt patterns and I don't know how to knitt, plus I don't think it would be safe for me too, LOL would you like these pattern sheets? let me know.

well I have 3 sets of dish rags done and have 2 more sets left to do now. and then I will start trying to cross off some of those ever growing project from my list. so thats what I am off to do today as it is tooooo cold out side to move around much, but also I loooovvvvveeee this weather. rather be cold and able to snuggle under the covers next to a warm fire than hot and sweaty and unable to do anything other than lay in the shade.

OH yea almost forgot Queen I am still waiting on one package of squares to arrive that is in the mail right now and then I will start getting them off to everyone.

Anyone who missed the deadline for sending their squares in, I did pm everyone more than once, just keep ahold of your squares and you will be ahead for the spring swap. I hope that this doesn't offend anyone to bad but again that is why it is called a deadline. and I did try to email and pm everyone to let them know. thanks again everyone for being in the fall swap and making it a great sucess, and so much fun. Maw.

Good morning from California!! Just checkin' in to say hello to everyone. Didn't get the coop cleaned out yesterday, so I've got that to do today! I did finally get to my craft table last night. It's been awhile so I had to shoo some dust bunnies and get myself organized...it felt good to get back get things cleared out and ready for holiday gift making! SS is first on the list!

I must say that this thread has the BEST smiley's!! I love them!

I know we all crochet, but does anyone also sew? I have massive amounts of scrap fabric and no idea what to do with all of it. Any ideas?

We had a very nice start for our Morning. While I was fixing bacon and pancakes for breakfast, Dh asked me about some scratcher tickets I had on the message clip. Told him to go ahead and scratch one off as I had got them a few days ago. He started and there was a $10., then another, then another, THen Another, a total of $100.00

Boy, did we need that and all from a $2 ticket. So we are going to get a propane bottle for the heat in the greenhouse ran out last night and we were using electric heaters. The Sun is shining and it's a Nice Day.

Ms Ginger glad to have ya join this very quite gaggle of gals we are all a little different
but still all the same
