Just checking in on all the goings on at the corral. Skand, you are hilarious.

Welcome all you new ladies. Everyone here is so nice and supportive. And occasionally we get to see pics of men in kilts.

I think there is something you can give a chick with curled up toes isn't there? Doesn't that mean it is lacking some vitamin, or is that something else?

My little hen, Millie, the Tournaisis, is doing so much better. Eating and pooping and pooping and pooping. She is walking a little better too so this is one tough little hen the dogs didn't get. Her brother, Potpie(because that is what he is going to be if he doesn't stop attacking me) is doing well too. They are little scrappers for sure.

It was cold here too this morning. It was 28. This is Florida. What's going on. Lower wind chill today too with the breeze.

Off to supper.

I almost forgot to say I looked and looked before I located my instructions for chicken diapers. I don't know if I understand them well enough to make the silly things though.

OH my! I almost forgot to tell yall about my funny morning this morning...... I get up to make Jim's coffeepot (cause I'm nice like that) Anyways, as I head back to bed, (cause on saturday's Jim's somewhat nice to me) I see this cake from the freezer sitting out. "Hey Jim, when did you set this cake out?" From the bathroom, I hear, "Last night, why?" "Cause, it's an ice cream cake." "An ice cream cake?.... AWWW

I went back to bed laughing. Last year, he did it also, only it was a brand new carton of ice cream that he snuck into, then put it in the fridge overnight. Then he blamed it on Caydence, cause she couldn't reach to put it back in the freezer.

And people say they feel sorry for Jim getting with me. HA!

Ok here we go,
I heard from Rafter7 a few days ago and she is still having computer troubles, but she does check in with me and she is reading the thread when she can, sometimes she jsut doesn't get to post cuz she had to use her neighbors computer.

I have emailed tutter and yotetrapper through their webblogs so I hope we will hear from them soon.

well ladies I am short one kid tonight as she has gone to stay with one of the 5 grandmas that she has. So it is a little quiter tonight save the hubby out on the front porch howlen at the cyotes. goof ball he is, he's been tryin to trap a cyote now for 3 years and no luck yet but I do have to say he is persistant.

well I am off to go hook some more so I will chat with ya'll later maw.

oh ris, sorry to hear bout yer babies, and if you do decide to incubate, I will send you some eggs from my EEggers, one of which got a BV in her class at the shawnee national last year. so griz wil have a henyjeny! Later gals Maw

I'm kicking my hubbys butt when he gets home tomorrow, after a couple hours of lovin on him.

He thought it would be funny to call me last night & say oh how cold he was & couldn't talk long. Come to find out, tonight he said he was back at his friends house when he called last night & since he couldn't act cold, he just went outside in his shirt so he could sound cold!
