Changed the shading color and lines--

He drew an outline based of a photo and used a compass to get the proportions right. Then he shaded it by using a sharpened mechanical pencil and making tiny sqiggly shapes. He made them darker and denser for the darker tones and lighter and more spread out for the lighter tones.

Like I said it is a lot like pen and ink.

where did you find it? Because when I looked it CS was only available in recent versions and cost about $600

Photoshop producers accidentally released Photoshop CS2 for free. I'd have to ask my dad how, but he got one of the free copies.
