BYC email

I wonder if I'm doing something wrong? I've tried to send members here emails using the email now link, and it pops up a form that looks like I am emailing persons-but I never hear back, never get any mail and do not even know where to find my inbox. HELP!
Or maybe everyone is just ignoring me...hehehe
I doubt it though-because one email I sent was to a mod, and we all know they don't ignore us.

I believe it is linked to your regular email- you shoudl have given it to them when you registered. At least mine is..............

Duh!!! your right. I checked my profile and it is linked to my home account. I guess I just haven't gotten replies.
Not everyone wants to talk to me...hehehe

I have sent myself emails because I too was feeling ignored. It works, just only 1 time out of 5. Try emailing yourself to see if they are going through.

thanks ozarkhen-I haven't gotten it yet. I'm gonna send myself one and see, like suggested.
Perhaps it's another "bug" that needs worked out?

Thanks everyone for bringing this to my attention. The email feature works like this:

1) You click on the 'email' link for another member and they get an email from the forum with the contents of your note.

2) If you aren't getting the emails check your spam blocker / folders.

3) If you still aren't getting emails from the forum, please reply to this thread and I'll do some digging.

I have gotten a reply to every email that I have sent that I can remember....

I have gotten emails from BYC before and just double checked it myself. I am getting mine.
