BYC magnetic bumper stickers are poor quality

jesseyarnell, thanks for the feedback. Have you tried other magnetic bumper stickers on your vehicle? Is the metal completely flat? We recommend that the magnets only be used on metal vehicles that have flat panels. Regarding other manufacturers: We initially received samples from about 10 different companies and these were at par or better than all of them and of the hundreds we've given away or sold, we've not heard of problems.

Again, we appreciate the feedback and we'll keep an eye on this. Please do let us know if you have other magnet stickers that you've used that do adhere better to the same area.

As a personal favor to BYC, I have my bumper sticker on the fridge.

My car is too ugly to properly represent all of us good people of BYC.

I love mine. I have it on the flat back section just under the back window of my Toyota RAV4. I get LOTS of comments. ;-)

I did put mine on when it was warm weather, though, and all corners/edges molded nicely flat.

I recommend folks put theirs FIRST in the sun on the dashboard to warm up, and place it on the body of the vehicle that's been in the sun so it, too, is warmer. Then it adheres just fine and stays.

I have a magnetic sign from VistaPrint also on my vehicle that sticks much better. Its a little thinner and more flexible. But my bumper sticker magnet has been on for several weeks and not blown off.

I havent had any problems with mine. Other than someone stealing the first one I put on. Yes I live in Texas where its 115 degrees, but even with all this cold weather we've been having lately, I still havent had any problems. Granted, once I post this though, something will probably happen and mine will fall off or something.

i guess my experience has been with those small ribbons, the breast cancer or support our troops ones. they seem to stick really well, but maybe because they are smaller. i don't know, i really wanted to give some of these away to friends, but they just looked kind of wimpy and cheap with the corners being frayed up. but maybe that's the best that can be done, maybe any stronger and they hurt the paint or something. i don't want to sound like i'm complaining, just thought they could be improved. i still love this forum and the bumper stickers!
