That was a very nice interview! Great to see other people raising poultry and gardening to produce their own food! We have been gardening , freezing and canning for over 40 years! Only been keeping chickens about three years but it has been fun!

The hoop house was fun to build. I used fencing poles and posts that my brother and cousin helped me to bend. It was so much cheaper than buying an actual greenhouse a third of its size.

We are going to build a greenhouse and deciding on the how and what aspects. Great job in self sufficiency! The rain was Terrible this year and our garden was delayed, so my husband agreed that we "need" a greenhouse before next Feb.

I'll check out your channel. We are having black beans with some sausage & serrano, canned 7/22, tonight for dinner, as I don't want to cook. They will be topped with onions and homemade yogurt. I'm also rotating stock.
