I Know, Right!?!

Last time LG was talking lobster I broke down a bought a frozen tail....it wasn't fresh Maine, but it was still pretty tasty.

More lobster talk, kinda like those songs you cannot get out of your head. Gotta have Lobster! If I have to cook it, then frozen is better.

Those live ones scare me.
 
This is way too funny! We had to come up to Billings today for some stuff, and Ken took me to Red Lobster to eat. When we go out to eat we deliberately leave our phones in the car. We got done eating, and while Ken started driving out I picked up my phone and checked in. While you were all drooling over lobster, I was eating it!!!
 
I read a trick is to thaw it in a water tight bag so it doesn't soak up water...worked good, was easy to cook, just put it in the toaster oven til done like I do shrimp.
