Aww... thanks! Where is that “aww shucks” emoji when I need it? Love you too!Another great member interview! I love to identify with a fellow procrastinator, and enjoyed seeing the chronology of @RedHead Rae’s “chicken story” all in one place!
Amanda is a kind and steady friend on our chat thread and I admire her for many reasons. She’s a great resource for chicken information. She manages to live with not just one, but BOTH sets of parents and still has her wits about her AND a strong marriage. Honestly, I don’t think I could have done that even though I adored my mom and dad.
And then, aside from being a super-smart software engineer who often works through the night, she’s a great young mother, AND she’s great at chicken math too!
Alas, I am not the originator of her little guys screen name but I love him nonetheless. It has been fun watching him grow (from behind- to protect his privacy).
I’m looking forward to the birth of her next baby and watching Amanda’s family settle into their own home.

Nice to learn more about you! Thanks for the interview
for living woth both sets! Since i have been woth my husband we have always had his dad living with us, in our house at that(we finially got him is own cabin out ont he property). Not an easy task, but EXTREMELY helpful with having kids and having them see the grandparent's all the time is worth it. So i definitely
you with all you live with. And a sister in law too... (i draw the line there with mine, she is psycho)This SIL is great, I would rather live with her than my own sisters (less baggage). And a sister in law too... (i draw the line there with mine, she is psycho)
Thanks, I think so too. I'm really loving the hard feathering on my Cornish. So much easier to see their condition when they aren't fluffy butts.
I love the photos of your birds. Beautiful flock!
